SIBUR sells TAIF TGK-16 energy company bought from Tatarstan group in 2021

KAZAN. May 2 (Interfax) - SIBUR has sold Tatarstan's TAIF group the JSC TGK-16 energy company that it acquired in October 2021 as part of a deal to purchase TAIF petrochemical assets, a source familiar with the details of the transaction told Interfax.

SIBUR and TAIF closed the deal on the sale of the TGK-16 enterprise for the ownership in the TAIF group, the press service of SIBUR petrochemical holding confirmed the information to Interfax.
