Yerevan awaiting talks with Baku to discuss peace proposals - Armenian Security Council secretary
YEREVAN. April 28 (Interfax) - Armenia has not responded to Azerbaijan's peace treaty proposals as negotiations between Armenian and Azerbaijani representatives are pending, Armenian Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan said.
"Negotiations will be held shortly, discussions are underway. We have not submitted our proposals [on a draft of the peace treaty] because there will be negotiations," Grigoryan told reporters on Friday.
Azerbaijan presented the fourth package of proposals on the bilateral peace treaty to Yerevan in March.
