Moscow Arbitration Court rules in favor of FESCO group's parent company

MOSCOW. April 7 (Interfax) - The Moscow Arbitration Court on Friday ruled in favor of PJSC Far Eastern Shipping Company (FESCO), the parent company of FESCO Transportation Group, regarding its claim against Ziyavudin Magomedov and a number of companies for 80.1 billion rubles and $13.8 million, an Interfax correspondent reported from the courtroom.

Claims were satisfied against all respondents, with the exception of one company, the correspondent reported.
