Over 90,000 Ukrainian citizens arrive in Belarus since Feb 24, 2022

MINSK. April 7 (Interfax) - More than 16,000 Ukrainian citizens have arrived in Belarus since the beginning of 2023, and over 90,000 since February 24, 2022, the Belarusian State Border Committee said in a statement on Friday.

"In all, 16,001 citizens of Ukraine have arrived in our country since the beginning of the year. Of them, 11,599 arrived by transit via Poland, 3,215 via Lithuania, and 1,202 via Latvia," the committee said.

"A total of 90,720 citizens of Ukraine have arrived in Belarus from Ukrainian territory since February 24, 2022: 15,890 through the Ukraine-Belarus border, 58,104 by transit via Poland, 13,365 via Lithuania, 3,361 via Latvia," it said.
