CEO of VSMPO-Avisma officially leaves post

YEKATERINBURG. April 4 (Interfax) - The Board of Directors of VSMPO-Avisma decided to prematurely terminate the employment of the company's CEO Dmitry Osipov at a meeting on Monday, the company said.

"Prematurely terminate the powers of the General Director of PJSC VSMPO-Avisma Corporation Dmitry Vasilievich Osipov on April 4, 2023 on the basis of a personal letter of resignation at his own request," the message says.

The Board of Directors decided to appoint Nikolai Melnikov acting CEO of the company from April 5 to June 4, 2023.

Osipov's intention to leave the company on April 4 was previously reported to Interfax by a source familiar with the situation. The company's press service then confirmed this information, noting that Osipov was leaving his post "due to personal circumstances," and until the appointment of a new head, the duties of the general director would be assigned to the first deputy general director, executive director of VSMPO-Avisma Melnikov.
