Ukraine willing to meet and talk with China - Zelensky

MOSCOW. April 3 (Interfax) - Ukraine has been sending messages to countries that are still hesitating, including China, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said.

"We've been sending messages to such states. We are willing to meet, talk, and discuss. Expecting a reply from some countries," Ukrainian media quoted Zelensky as saying at a press conference in Kiev on Friday.

He mentioned Chinese President Xi Jinping among the leaders who are "hesitating."

"There are countries for which it's difficult to fully side with us for a number of reasons. It's very important for us to do everything possible to engage as many global powers as possible," Zelensky said.
