Eastern Economic Forum rescheduled again, this time for Sept 10-13

MOSCOW. March 24 (Interfax) - The dates of the eighth Eastern Economic Forum have been moved again.

The forum will be held in Vladivostok on September 10-13, 2023, the press service for Russian Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Envoy to the Far East Yury Trutnev said on Friday.

Initially, the forum, which traditionally makes the list of the Russian president's engagements, was scheduled for September 5-8. In early March the dates were changed to September 12-15. Then, as now, the change was due to a "schedule of international events."

It was reported that the Group of 20 nations are due to meet in Delhi on September 9-10. No final decision had yet been made on whether Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend the summit, his spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on March 13.
