Putin discusses cooperation on energy, high technology with Bolivian president in phone call - Kremlin

MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Bolivian President Luis Arce spoke on the phone on Friday at Bolivia's proposal, the Kremlin's press service said.

Putin and Arce "substantively discussed key avenues of the development of bilateral relations, including in the trade-economic, energy, scientific and education, and high technology sectors," it said.

"Expressing their mutual determination to further expand mutually beneficial cooperation, the leaders agreed to intensify contacts at various levels," it said.
