Kiev experiencing stabilizing power outages

MOSCOW. March 13 (Interfax) - Some administrative districts of the city of Kiev experienced stabilizing power outages on Monday morning, Ukrainian media reported with reference to DTEK power company's social media post.

"Power outages have been applied according to stabilizing schedules in parts of the Goloseyevsky, Svyatosnynsky, Shevchenkovsky, and Solomyansky districts of Kiev. Due to damage caused to the equipment, power generating facilities could not supply power to all residents in those districts," DTEK said.

Stabilizing outages have been applied as ordered by the national power grid operator Ukrenergo in line with schedules available on DTEK Kiev Grids' website, it said.
