Rusagro sees adjusted EBITDA fall 44% to 9.6 bln rubles in Q4 2022, net profit slides 9.3% to 5.45 bln rubles

MOSCOW. March 6 (Interfax) - Rusagro group reduced net profit by 9.3% in Q4 2022 to 5.45 billion rubles, the company said in a statement.

Adjusted EBITDA fell 44% to 9.6 billion rubles, while EBITDA margin remained at 9%.

Revenue totaled 58.2 billion rubles, down 11% from the same period of the preceding year.

Rusagro also reported that net profit plunged 84% year-on-year to 7.787 billion rubles in 2022, adjusted EBITDA decreased 6% to 45 billion rubles, and the EBITDA margin declined 16 pp to 3%, while revenue rose 8% to 240.2 billion rubles.
