Over 85,000 Ukrainian citizens have entered Belarus since Feb 2022 - Border Committee

MINSK. March 3 (Interfax) - Over 10,000 Ukrainian citizens have entered Belarus since the start of this year and over 85,000 since February 24, 2022, the Belarusian State Border Committee said on Friday.

"Since the start of the year, 10,379 Ukrainian citizens have entered our country, including 7,689 in transit via Poland, 2,012 via Lithuania, and 678 via Latvia," it said.

"A total of 85,083 Ukrainian citizens have entered the Republic of Belarus since February 24, 2022, including 15,890 via the Ukrainian-Belarusian border, as well as 54,194 in transit via Poland, 12,162 via Lithuania, and 2,837 via Latvia," it said.
