Ukrainians can enter, stay in Georgia for 2 years without visa

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The Georgian government has permitted Ukrainian citizens to enter Georgia without a visa and stay in the country for up to two years.

The government's decree to this effect is available for viewing on the website of the Journal of Laws of Georgia.

The document was adopted on February 24 and amends the government's June 5, 2015 decree approving the list of countries whose citizens can enter Georgia without a visa.

The new decree has been signed by Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
