Kazakhstan bans coal export by road for 6 months
ASTANA. Feb 27 (Interfax) - The Kazakh Interdepartmental Commission on Foreign Trade has decided to impose a six-month ban on exporting coal and lignite (brown coal) from Kazakhstan by road, the government's press service said on Friday.
"A decision has been adopted to impose a temporary ban for a period of six months on the export of coal and lignite (brown coal) from the territory of Kazakhstan by road," the press service said.
