Another 10 vessels to deliver 361,000 t of Ukrainian agricultural products to Africa, Asia, Europe - Infrastructure Ministry
MOSCOW. Feb 21 (Interfax) - Ten vessels carrying 361,200 tonnes of agricultural products for countries in Africa, Asia and Europe left Greater Odessa ports over the weekend under the grain initiative and Grain from Ukraine program, Ukrainian media reported, citing the country's Infrastructure Ministry.
The Valsamitis bulk carrier left the Chernomorsk port with 25,000 tonnes of wheat for Kenya and 5,000 tonnes for Ethiopia, and the bulk carrier Royal Star, chartered by the UN World Food Program, left the Odessa port with 25,000 tonnes of wheat for Afghanistan, the ministry said.
A total of 757 vessels carrying 21.9 million tonnes of Ukrainian food exports have left Greater Odessa ports since August 1, 2022.
