Tatneft mulling creation of representative office in Turkey

KAZAN. Feb 20 (Interfax) - The Tatneft board will discuss the possibility of establishing a representative office in Turkey at its meeting on February 27, the company said in a statement.

Interfax has not yet received any comment from Tatneft .

The agenda of the meeting also includes budget implementation results for January and approval of the budget for March 2023, fulfillment of the 2022 investment program, formation of an ESG management system, amendments to the regulation on Tatneft's corporate interaction with affiliated and related organizations, as well as consent to the participation of the General Director and board members in the management bodies of other companies.
