Kazakhstan ratifies agreement on distributing EAEU import customs duties

ASTANA. Feb 17 (Interfax) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed into law the bill on ratifying the agreement on joint control regarding the procedures for crediting and distributing the import customs duties (other duties, taxes, and charges with equivalent effect), and on transferring said duties to the budgets of Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) member countries, the Kazakh president's press service said in a statement.

As previously reported, the heads of the EAEU member countries signed the agreement on November 16, 2021, in Moscow.
