Ukrainian Mining and Metals Co head becomes its owner

MOSCOW. Feb 15 (Interfax) - Dmitry Golikov, the general director of Kiev-based Ukrainian Mining and Metals Company, has become its owner.

Golikov now owns 99.999986% of the company's shares, Ukraine media reported, quoting data from the National Securities and Stock Market Commission.

According to data from Ukraine's National Depository for Q3 2022, Lanacomo Limited and Leadpoint Holding, both registered on Cyprus, owned 50% of Ukrainian Mining and Metals Company. Olga Shchigoleva and Sergey Udovenko were listed as beneficiaries in the state register.

Ukrainian Mining and Metallurgical Company was established in 1998 and is leading Ukrainian metal traders of rolled metal products and pipes. Charter capital is UAH 22.028 million, and the par value of each share is UAH 1.
