Ruslan Davydov appointed acting head of Russian Federal Customs Service, Bulavin retires aged 70
MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has appointed Ruslan Davydov acting head of the Federal Customs Service (FCS).
The government press service said the relevant order had been signed.
Davydov had been first deputy head of the FCS since 2017, overseeing, among other things, electronic customs and the introduction of automatic procedures for declarations.
Vladimir Bulavin, who had been the head of the FCS since 2016, was "relieved of this position after reaching the age of 70."
