Transneft transfers CPC Company from Cayman Islands to Primorye special administrative region

MOSCOW. Feb 3 (Interfax) - Transneft has transferred CPC Company, through which the Russian oil pipeline operator owns a stake in the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), from the jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands to the Primorye special administrative region on Russian Island.

According to the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities, registration was completed on February 2, 2023.
