Ukrainian prosecutor general meets with U.S. undersecretary of state in Washington

MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Prosecutor General Andrei Kostin met with U.S. Undersecretary of State for Civilian Security, Democracy, and Human Rights Uzra Zeya in Washington to discuss legal mechanisms for compensation of the damage caused to Ukraine, Ukrainian media said, citing the press service for the Prosecutor General's Office.

Kostin also thanked U.S. colleagues for their expert support as part of the Atrocity Crimes Advisory Group and for the technical, humanitarian, financial and other assistance provided by the U.S. to Ukraine.
