Sberbank creates new business unit for transactions to be headed by director of acquiring division

MOSCOW. Jan 31 (Interfax) - Sberbank has created a new B2C Transactional Banking unit based on divisions involved in acquiring products, as well as developing cards, payment solutions, credit, and government services, the credit institution said in a statement.

Dmitry Malykh will head the new business unit as senior vice president. He had previously served as vice president and director of the Acquiring Division.

Malykh has been working at Sberbank for eight years.
