Volume of blocked assets as on Nov 30, 2022, totaled 5.7 trln rubles, over 20% owned by individuals - CBR

MOSCOW. Jan 31 (Interfax) - The volume of blocked assets as on November 30, 2022, totaled 5.7 trillion rubles, Olga Shishlyannikova, Director of the Investment Finance Intermediation Department of the Central Bank of Russia (CBR), said in a statement.

"According to reports, 5.7 trillion rubles in assets were blocked as on November 30, with slightly more than 20% being assets owned by retail investors," Shishlyannikova said at the "Russian financial market in the face of global challenges" conference.
