U.S. inspectors arrive in Ukraine to oversight assistance provided - Ambassador Brink

MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - Inspectors from the U.S. Department of State, Defense Department, and Agency for International Development (USAID) have arrived in Ukraine to oversight the distribution of assistance given to the country, U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink said.

"A warm welcome to the Department of State Office of Inspector General, Department of Defense Office of Inspector General, and USAID Office of Inspector General for a robust schedule of meetings to advance their independent oversight of U.S. assistance to Ukraine. We are committed to the highest standards of accountability and comprehensive oversight of U.S. assistance," Ukrainian media quoted Brink as saying on her social account.
