MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is resuming its operations in Ukraine and will focus on restoration issues, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said.

"The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is resuming its work in Ukraine and will focus on restoration issues. It is good news in time for the 31st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Ukraine and Japan," Ukrainian media outlets quoted Shmygal as saying in a social media post.

Shmygal also said that Japanese Ambassador in Kiev Kuninori Matsuda and he had discussed further support for Ukraine in different areas.
