Norebo injects 310 mln rubles into trading division
MURMANSK. Jan 25 (Interfax) - JSC Norebo Ru, the trading division of Russian fishing group Norebo, has been recapitalized by 310 million rubles, data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE) showed.
Norebo Ru's charter capital more than quadrupled to 410 million rubles from 100 million rubles. The change was entered into the USRLE on January 23.
Norebo did not disclose the reason for the recapitalization, but said it plans to "implement projects, and launch or continue works that have already been announced."
Norebo Ru has offices in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Murmansk and Vladivostok and "ensures efficient cooperation with companies located throughout Russia," Norebo's website said. The trading company sells products under the Glacialis and Ocean Spirit wholesale brands and the Borealis wholesale and retail brand.
Norebo Group includes major fishing outfits in Russia's Northwest and Far East, trading divisions that sell the group's fish products in Russia and abroad, a fish processing plant and a cargo terminal with freezer storage facilities and berths, as well as companies that handle the administrative management of the group's assets.
