Russia needs to make 200-250 satellites per year - Roscosmos head
MOSCOW. Jan 24 (Interfax) - Russia should enlarge its satellite constellation to 1,000 units by 2030, Roscosmos head Yury Borisov said in a statement.
"We should have a constellation of at least 1,000 units by 2030," Borisov said at a plenary meeting of the 47th Korolyov Readings.
That would require the annual production of 200 to 250 satellites, he said.
