Gazprom's board of directors to consider matter of ending participation in Greek Prometheus Gas
MOSCOW. Jan 23 (Interfax) - The matter of ending participation in the Greek trading joint venture, Prometheus Gas, has been submitted for the consideration and approval of the board of directors of Gazprom , the company said in a statement.
"On January 27, the board will consider in absentia the matter 'On ending participation in Prometheus Gas S.A.'," the issuer said.
Prometheus Gas S.A.is a Russian-Greek joint venture with an equal share participation of Gazprom Export LLC and Copelouzos Group. The JV was founded in 1991 in order to develop Russian-Greek cooperation in the gas sector.
