Search at Brovary helicopter crash site completed, 14 people dead - Ukrainian State Emergency Service

MOSCOW. Jan 18 (Interfax) - A search mission has been completed at the site of the helicopter crash in the city of Brovary, Kiev region, in which senior officials of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry were killed, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine said, confirming reports that 14 people died in the crash.

"A search and rescue mission was completed in the Brovary city. A total of 14 people, including one child, were killed, and 25 people, including 11 children, were injured," Ukrainian media outlets said, citing the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, on Wednesday.

As reported earlier, Ukraine's Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky, his first deputy Yevgeny Yenin, and State Secretary of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry Yury Lubkovich were among the people who died in the helicopter crash.
