Ukrtransgaz purchases 547,000 cm of gas from Naftogaz for UAH 47,355 per 1,000 cm

MOSCOW. Jan 9 (Interfax) - JSC Ukrtransgaz has purchased 547,000 cubic meters of natural gas from NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine worth UAH 25,903,381,920 at a tender in the ProZorro electronic procurement system, the outcome of which was published on December 30, 2022.

According to the Ukrainian media, the price of purchased gas was UAH 47,355 per 1,000 cm.

According to a report on the contract for the purchase of natural gas, which was concluded without the use of the electronic procurement system, the contract was executed between December 29 and December 31, 2022.

According to data in ProZorro, on November 15, 2022, Ukrtransgaz purchased 24,240 cubic meters of natural gas from Naftogaz Trading Gas Supply Company (GK) for UAH 865,952,184, which is equal to the price of UAH 35,724 per 1,000 cm.

As the Ukrainian Energy Exchange (UEB) reported on January 2, Ukrnafta sold 16,900 cubic meters of natural gas at prices in the range of UAH 21,050-21,867 per 1,000 cm on the exchange between December 26 and December 30.

The Ukrtransgaz system, which is 100% owned by Naftogaz of Ukraine, includes 12 UGSFs with a total design capacity of 31 billion cubic meters.
