MOSCOW. Jan 9 (Interfax) - Ukraine has drawn more than $31 billion from international partners since February 24, 2022, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal said at a government meeting on December 30.

"We managed to maintain stability in the financial, banking and economic sectors. We managed to finance all the key budget expenditures," the prime minister was quoted by the Ukrainian media as saying in a statement.

"For 10 months we have already drawn more than $31 billion from our partners," he said. Shmygal emphasized that in 2023 the authorities also understand how they will fund the budget and recovery.

"Another step in support of robust public finance has been a successful debt policy. The talks conducted by the government and the Finance Ministry ended with all payments for the foreign debt being postponed for two years. About 200 billion hryvni was raised from the sale of military bonds. International support has become very important," he said.

At the same time, Shmygal noted that two-thirds of all the funds that Ukraine received in the budget is a domestic resource, namely, the payment of taxes, duties, the purchase of bonds.
