Support program for energy upgrades in Russia could be extended past 2031

MOSCOW. Dec 28 (Interfax) - The Russian Energy Ministry proposes extending the program to support upgrades to Russian energy past 2031, Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov said in an interview with the Rossiya 24 television channel.

"We have already considered the necessity of extending past 2031 several times and are even receiving that kind of support already that we'll come out with later," Shulginov said.
