Aeroflot to launch flights from Irkutsk to Bangkok in January 2023

IRKUTSK. Dec 23 (Interfax) - Aeroflot plans to launch direct flights from Irkutsk to Bangkok beginning on January 18, 2023, the press service of the Russian flagship air carrier said in a statement.

Flights will operate to the Thai capital twice per week on Wednesdays and Saturdays, respectively, using Boeing-737-800 aircraft. Travel time will be 6 hours 25 minutes.

S7 Airlines currently operates flights from Irkutsk to Bangkok, and there are charter flights to Phuket.
