Georgian govt buys 25 industrial generators for Ukraine
MOSCOW. Dec 22 (Interfax) - The Georgian government has purchased 25 high-capacity power generators (from 150 to 500KW/h) for Ukraine, paying more than 1.4 million lari for them, Ukrainian media said, citing Ukraine's embassy to Georgia.
The ceremony to load the generators to be shipped to Ukraine took place on Wednesday.
These are industrial generators, which can be used to facilitate uninterrupted power supply to hospitals, thermal central power stations and power plants, pumps supplying drinking water, etc., it said.
