Avtodom auto dealer intends to hold IPO in 2023-2024 - holding company

MOSCOW. Dec 21 (Interfax) - Avtodom intends to hold an IPO in 2023-2024 amid favorable conditions, the auto dealer holding said in a press release.

"The company is seeking to hold an IPO in 2023-2024 if the external factors and macroeconomic conditions are favorable," the auto dealer said.

The press release also indicates that Avtodom next year plans to organize full-cycle industrial assembly (CKD) at the manufacturing facilities of its own enterprises. The company earlier received the Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz, including JSC Mercedes-Benz RUS; Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing Rus LLC, an auto manufacturing plant in the Moscow Region; Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Rus LLC; Mercedes-Benz Bank Rus LLC; and Mercedes-Benz Capital Rus LLC.
