Kazatomprom's CFO, CCO resign
ALMATY. Dec 14 (Interfax) - Kazatomprom's Chief Financial Officer Kamila Syzdykova, who is currently on maternity leave, has decided to resign effective from January 3, 2023, the Kazakh nuclear corporation's company' press office said.
Darkhan Kozha-Akhmet, who replaced Syzdykova in her absence, will continue to hold this post until the appointment of a new chief financial officer by the company's board of directors.
At the same time, Askar Batyrbayev is resigning as the company's chief commercial officer effective from January 10, 2023.
The board of directors has initiated a candidate selection process for the vacant position of CCO and expects to provide additional information before Batyrbayev leaves his post in January, the company said.
