Greater Odessa ports send another 3 vessels with agricultural products for Africa, Asia
MOSCOW. Dec 8 (Interfax) - Another three vessels carrying 78,600 tonnes of agricultural products for various countries in Africa and Asia have left the Greater Odessa ports as part of the Black Sea Grain Initiative, Ukrainian media reported, citing a message of the Ukrainian Ministry of Infrastructure on social media on Thursday.
The Fulmar S bulk carrier with 11,500 tonnes of agricultural products for Egypt is among the ships that departed.
In total, 20 vessels are under processing at the ports of Greater Odessa on Thursday. They are being loaded with 557,400 tonnes of Ukrainian agricultural products.
Another four vessels are heading towards Ukraine via the grain corridor for the loading of 80,000 tonnes of agricultural products.
According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, 531 ships have left the ports of Greater Odessa, 13.3 million tonnes of Ukrainian food products have been exported to Asia, Europe and Africa since August 1.
