Scooter sharing service Whoosh taking orders for IPO, sets price at 185-225 rubles/share

MOSCOW. Dec 5 (Interfax) - The price range for the initial public offering of PJSC Whoosh Holding, the holding company for Russian scooter sharing operator Whoosh, has been set at 185-225 rubles per common share, the company reported.

Bids will be accepted from December 5 to 13 and the company will place its new shares from December 14 to 23. Gazprombank is acting as broker.

The company has registered a new issue of 50 million common shares with par value of 0.01 rubles each for the IPO. Current shareholders also plan to sell shares in the offering.

If Whoosh Holding places all the new shares, it will raise 9.25 billion-11.25 billion rubles based on the price range. The company's charter capital will increase by 50% in that case.
