U.S. Dept of State rep to visit Armenia December 1-4

YEREVAN. Dec 1 (Interfax) - U.S. Special Advisor to the U.S. Secretary of State for Caucasus Negotiations Philip Reeker will visit Yerevan from December 1-4, the U.S. Embassy to Armenia said on Thursday.

"Ambassador Reeker will meet with government officials and others to discuss U.S. support for direct talks between Armenia and Azerbaijan to reach a lasting peace," the embassy press service said.

Before that, Reeker paid a visit to Baku.
