Avtovaz permitted to purchase Russian bank of Renault-Nissan alliance - Putin's instruction
MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - Avtovaz has received permission to acquire a 100% stake in JSC RN Bank, the Russian bank of the Renault-Nissan alliance, in which UniCredit is a minority shareholder, according to the corresponding instruction dated November 29, signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, and posted on the government's portal of legal information.
