MOSCOW. Nov 29 (Interfax) - Russia considers the discussed price cap on Russian oil to be unacceptable, and it intends to operate only according to market conditions, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak told reporters on the sidelines of the IV Russia-China Energy Business Forum in Moscow.
