Over 400,000 Russians arrived in Kazakhstan since Sept 21 - Kazakh ministry

ASTANA. Nov 29 (Interfax) - More than 400,000 Russian citizens arrived in Kazakhstan after the partial mobilization was announced in Russia, Kazakh Labor and Social Protection Minister Tamara Duisenova said.

"According to the latest updates which we have been exchanging every day, a little more than 400,000 Russians have arrived, a little more than 320,000 have left, and around 100,000 Russians are currently [in Kazakhstan]," Duisenova told journalists in response to the relevant question.

As reported earlier, over 200,000 Russians citizens arrived in Kazakhstan between September 21, the day the partial mobilization was announced in Russia, and October 4, and 147,000 left Kazakhstan.
