Stiskin leaving CFO position at Polyus, exiting board

MOSCOW. Nov 28 (Interfax) - Mikhail Stiskin, Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategy at Polyus , is stepping down from his current role post the expiry of a three-month notification period, the company said in a statement.

He is also exiting the board of directors effective Tuesday.

The role of the Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategy, will be abolished. Anna Lobanova, Vice President for Economics and Planning, and Anton Rumyantsev, Vice President for Strategy and Business Development, will continue to oversee their respective areas and ensure the continuity of business processes.
