Peskov not commenting on Gazprom-SOCAR talks

MOSCOW. Nov 25 (Interfax) - The Kremlin has refrained from commenting on the content of talks between Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller and President of the State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) Rovshan Najaf.

Answering a question on whether the issue of Azerbaijani gas becoming part of the Turkish hub was discussed at the talks and whether spot operations under which Russian gas would go to Azerbaijan, and Azerbaijani gas via the hub, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Friday, "I have nothing to say about it."

It was reported on November 23 that Miller and Najaf had a meeting in St. Petersburg.
