Sberbank focusing on development of existing ecosystem projects for legal entities, ready to invest in new ones - deputy head

MOSCOW. Nov 24 (Interfax) - Sberbank is focused on the development of existing areas of the ecosystem for legal entities (B2B), but is also ready to invest in new projects, Anatoly Popov, deputy head of the lender's management board, told reporters.

"We are open for new interesting projects which correspond to B2B business model - we are ready to invest into such solutions. At the same time, we are focused on the companies we have already invested in and are actively developing them," Popov said on the sidelines of Sberbank's AI Journey conference on artificial intelligence.

In mid-February 2022, Sberbank announced changes to its organizational structure, which envisaged a separation of the ecosystem for legal entities (B2B) and the ecosystem for individuals (B2C).
