Ukrainian power grid again working as single whole since 4 a.m. on Thursday following Wednesday blackout - energy minister

MOSCOW. Nov 24 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian power grid had a blackout on Wednesday but resumed operation as a single whole at 4 a.m. on Thursday, Ukrainian Energy Minister German Galushchenko said.

"You need to understand the main thing: indeed, our power grid had a blackout yesterday. Yet we managed to consolidate it at 4 a.m., and now [the power grid] is working as a single whole," the Ukrainian media quoted Galushchenko as saying in a telethon.

Power supply to critical infrastructure has resumed across the country, he said.
