Ukrenergo reports blackouts in all regions of Ukraine

MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - All Ukrainian regions have seen emergency blackouts after power infrastructure facilities were largely damaged, Ukraine's Ukrenergo national energy company said on Wednesday.

"It is a necessary step to protect power grids from additional technological incidents and support the work of the power system," Ukrainian media reported, citing the company's post on social networks.
