Moldovan authorities report massive blackouts across country

CHISINAU. Nov 23 (Interfax) - Moldova has begun experiencing massive blackouts, as the Ukrainian grid has been damaged, Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spinu said.

"Today, we have a repeat of the situation of November 15. Following damage to the Ukrainian power grid, we have seen massive power outages across the country for the past hour. Moldelectrica is working to restore the connection to electricity," Spinu wrote on social media on Wednesday.
