Russian regions create 4-month drug reserves - health minister

MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - The medicinal drug reserves created in Russia's regions will last for several months, Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko said.

"Monitoring indicates that the [Russian] regions have accumulated sufficient reserves of drugs, which will last for at least four months," Murashko said during Government Hour in the State Duma on Wednesday.

He thanked deputies for the introducing the marking of medicinal drugs. "This enables us to see what is happening on the market and to make our forecasts," Murashko said.
