Zelensky thanks UN secretary-general for backing Grain from Ukraine initiative

MOSCOW. Nov 18 (Interfax) - Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has spoken with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres by phone and thanked him for extending the Black Sea Grain Initiative and backing the Grain from Ukraine initiative of Kiev.

"Ukraine will remain the guarantor of international food security. Thanked [UN Secretary-General] Antonio Guteres for leadership in extending the Black Sea Grain Initiative, supporting the Grain from Ukraine humanitarian initiative, and for the participation in the Coordination Council for the Protection of Children," the Ukrainian media quoted Zelensky as saying on social media on Thursday night.
