Russian bailiffs forcibly collecting 6-mln-ruble fines from TikTok
MOSCOW. Nov 17 (Interfax) - Russia bailiffs have opened another case against TikTok to forcibly collect a 2-million-ruble fine for propaganda of non-traditional sexual values.
According to the databank of the Federal Bailiff Service, the new enforcement procedure is based on a ruling from Judicial District No. 422 of Moscow's Tagansky district dated August 11, 2022. The motion against TikTok derives from a video with propaganda of non-traditional sexual values.
Earlier, the Federal Bailiff Service opened two cases against TikTok to forcibility collect 1-million-ruble and 3-million-ruble fines handed down by a court.
The total sum the bailiffs are planning to collect from TikTok is 6 million rubles.
